Recent times have been an unprecedented challenge for us all, and I want to take a few moments to outline how we’re responding here at Epsagon.

First and foremost, in compliance with local guidelines and in the interest of protecting our employees, our most valuable assets, all of our teams in Tel Aviv, New York, and the Bay Area have been working remotely for the past couple of weeks and will continue to do so until the threat has passed. Although we won’t all be working face-to-face in our offices, our commitment to supporting our customers and continuing to build a platform that makes engineers’ lives easier is as strong as it has ever been.

On the topic of customer support, I want to assure all of our amazing users that we’re here for you. As always, whenever you need help with Epsagon, please reach directly out to our team and we’ll respond in the same timely fashion as we always have.
